The aim of this text is to reflect on how the gendered perspective has been articulated in the design and teaching of Communication for Equality in the Audiovisual Communication degree at the Universitat Jaume I since it was introduced in the 2012/2013 academic year. Of particular importance, in addition to analysing its context of implementation, is to address its relationship to feminist developments in recent years, which have transformed the perception of gender-based violence and how women express their anger and indignation about it, and what challenges this has posed in the classroom.
