Professor of Journalism at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Spain). She has led and participated in projects on digital feminist activism, representations of prostitution and trafficking, cultural discourses on male violence, and the construction of female identity in rural areas. She has carried out research stays at the Humboldt University of Berlin (Germany), in Birkbeck, the University of London (UK) and the Università di Bologna (Italy), among others.
