Núria Vergés Bosch holds a PhD in Information and Knowledge Society from the UOC, a Master’s degree in Public and Social Policies from the UPF and a degree in Political and Administration Sciences from the UAB. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of Barcelona. She is a member of the consolidated research group COPOLIS at the UB and collaborator in the SIMReF (Interdisciplinary Seminar on Feminist Research Methodology), as well as a member of the IIEDG (Inter-University Women and Gender Studies Institute), the ALIA association of women for research and action and the Donestech collective. She has participated in different investigations and publications on gender and technology, gender and international mobility of highly qualified personnel, gender violences, family policies and single parenthoods, public policies and health, as well as on feminist research methodologies.
